Set phasers to contrived opening to article about Star Trek-related topic. Cryptic has begun the closed beta for Star Trek Online.
"If you've signed up, keep an eye on your email, as we'll periodically be inviting people to join in and share their feedback," said a new post on STO's official site.
They've been accepting closed beta applications for about two months now. STO is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2010.
