Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Split Point Announced

We've known for a while that the final book of the Harry Potter series would be split in two halves, the first arriving in theaters on November 19th, the second on July 15th. What has not been confirmed, however, is where the split in the book would be made. Fans have been clamoring for this information for a while and now the point has been set.
In the Fall Preview issue of Entertainment Weekly (via RupertGrint.net) it's confirmed that the split will be made "at about Chapter 24 of the book, with Voldemort gaining possession of the Elder Wand, one of the three Deathly Hallows that allow the bearer to conquer death.” I don't have a copy of the book in front of me, but if someone in the comments section would like to enlighten us as to where in the 784 page tome this occurs, it would be quite helpful.
The scans over at the RupertGrint.net are actually big enough that you can read the corresponding article, as opposed to just looking at the pretty pictures, so head on over to see the full page scans before someone finds them and takes them down.
