Richard Gere is dying his hair and getting unintentionally creepy for his next movie The Hoax, a film which treats literary fraud as a fun little caper. It's kind of like The Sting, but with reading.
The film is the latest from director Lasse Halstrom, the guy who brought you Whats Eating Gilbert Grape and Chocolat. Unfortunately he's also responsible for the weirdness of Casanova, so it's something a mixed bag.
