According to Michael Bay there are some people out there who think that they know exactly what's going to happen in Transformers 4. But the filmmaker says that all they know is just a lie. Earlier today there was reportedly a story about a 120-page treatment for the anticipated sequel out in the public sphere, but Bay has revealed that any script for the movie that exists outside of the production's hands is phony.

Following the breaking of the news story, Bay took to his official website to write a post discrediting the rumor. In a post titled "Leaked Script" the director wrote,
"Some Internet sites this morning reported that some document recovery guy has found a legitimate 120 page script of Transformers 4. I can absolutely 100 percent say this is completely false. The only two people in the world that have our unfinished script are Kruger and myself. Also we are only up to page 70 in our T4 script. Maybe this guy has a cartoon or something else – but definitely not our movie!" Bay

The "Kruger" he refers to is Ehren Kruger, who is known not only for writing Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Dark of the Moon, but also The Ring, Scream 3 and The Skeleton Key. While the script is still being written, it has been reported that Mark Wahlberg will star as the lead in the semi-rebooted franchise and it was recently revealed that Nocola Peltz and Brenton Thwaites will be two of his co-stars.

Transformers 4 will be in theaters on June 27, 2014.
