Video Interview: Drive Director Nicolas Winding Refn

It's no secret how much I love Nicolas Winding Refn's Drive. I saw the film at the Los Angeles Film Festival in June and I don't believe a day since that I haven't referenced it or even thought about it in some way. Hands down it is my favorite film of the year. Needless to say I've been dying to talk to the people who made the film and at this year's Comic Con I got just that opportunity, invited to participate in a roundtable interview with the film's director.

Ned Flanders Shows His Kill-Face For Simpsons Dexter Parody In Treehouse Of Horror XXII

Could Ned Flanders be Springfield’s own version of Dexter Morgan? You wouldn’t think so, but watch the video that parodies the Showtime series’ opening credits and you might begin to see the bible-embracing neighbor in a diff-diddly-rent light.

Comic Con 2011: Saving The Best For Last, The Allen Gregory Panel

San Diego Comic-Con is something else. Hectic. Joyful. Infuriating. Amazing. Exhausting. In the middle of the roller-coaster of emotions and physical trauma, sometimes you get the chance to see something really special. This time it was my final panel of SDCC, focusing on the new animated comedy coming to Fox called Allen Gregory.

Comic-Con 2011: Good Vibes Panel And Interviews

In 2008, Fox commissioned a pilot for David Gordon Green's animated comedy Good Vibes. They did not pick it up. Now, it's 2011 and a re-tooled Good Vibes has landed at MTV with most of the creative team returning and some nice new editions. I had the chance to sit down with the cast and crew as well as catch their panel where they screen an episode from the upcoming first season.

Comic-Con 2011: Sons Of Anarchy Panel, Interviews And Photos

My last panel at Comic-Con just happened to be one of my new favorite TV shows. Season 4 spoilers ahead!

Watch The Doctor Save Hitler In The New Doctor Who Fall Trailer

Doctor Who took its turn at the San Diego Comic Con today, and by all accounts The Doctor’s panel rocked. The capper on the big Who panel was this one-minute trailer for the fall return of The Doctor on BBC America. It’s big, it’s brash, it’s epic, and it has Nazis. Actually it’s almost controversial. At one point in the trailer Hitler thanks The Doctor for saving his life.
