Man Arrested After Sleeping In Diddy's Bed, Swimming In His Pool

Home invasions happen all the time, but it’s not often the guilty party lingers long enough to get drunk and go for a swim. That’s what led to Quamine Taylor’s arrest however after the thirty-year-old snuck into Sean “Diddy” Combs’ house and lived the high life for almost an entire day. He reportedly raided the fridge, tried on clothes, enjoyed the pool, had a few beverages and fell asleep before being discovered the following afternoon. The fan was arrested shortly thereafter and offered police a few statements inferring the goal was to rest and relax rather than steal anything.

According to The New York Post, Taylor was hoping to stay between fifteen and seventeen days in Diddy’s house in the Hamptons in order to “get away from the city”. So, he took a train, hopped in a taxi and descended on the pad he’s frequented illegally on-and-off for more than a decade. A few hours after arriving, Taylor accidentally tripped an alarm, but he was able to convince both the security company and a police officer that he was a member of Diddy’s entourage. He had less luck when a caretaker arrived at the residence later.

According to the fan’s mother, her son has a history of mental illness and grew up listening to Combs’ music. Taylor is currently in jail without the funds to bail himself out. Having already admitted he was there, it’s almost a guarantee he’ll be convicted, the only real question is what his punishment will ultimately be.
