Kris Jenner Opens Up About Kim And Kourtney's Feud

Kris Jenner The Late Late Show with James Corden

Kris Jenner is an open person. The matriarch of the Keeping Up with the Kardashian clan isn't afraid to open up about her family struggles, especially when there's a whole bunch of drama. She'll discuss practically anything and everything, and that tradition continued this week when she made an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden and talked about the time her daughters Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian were in a major feud over the holidays. As it turns out, Corden unwittingly ended up in the middle of the drama too, and he'll play a part in the new episode. First, here's what Kris Jenner had to say about her daughters fighting over Christmas, and how Kris tried to get them to calm down for the holidays.

I don't wanna be on anybody's [side]. A mother never wants to take sides when it's your kids. It was a slippery slope, and I was trying to calm everybody down. So for five minutes, I was saying, 'Now, Kourtney, maybe you didn't handle this the right way. Kim, why don't you just...' You try to talk to both sides. I'm, like, the negotiator. I'm like, 'Everybody calm down, it's a Christmas card shoot. We're supposed to be singing 'Jingle Bells.' That wasn't the way to go about it.

As seen in this talk show clip, Kris Jenner has a good sense of humor about it now, but it wasn't easy. And the newest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will chronicle the struggles the siblings had during this tumultuous time. The drama was reportedly around the Christmas card shoot, and the sisters weren't afraid to get nasty with one another. When the Kardashians fight, it gets brutal. Thankfully, Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West put aside their differences and they are on friendly terms again.

But that wasn't exactly the case when Kim Kardashian made an appearance with her mom on James Corden's show. Kim was bickering about her sister on the CBS late night talk show, and that's how Corden found himself on Keeping Up with the Kardashians this season. As you can see in the clip, Corden is quite giddy about the whole thing in retrospect because of that.

Kris Jenner is ultimately not taking sides on this whole intensive issue, and she seems to be happy that it is all over. Meanwhile, Kris Jenner has opened up about a number of family problems recently. She recently discussed, for instance, the drama that unfolded when Kim Kardashian West's infamous sex tape with Ray J became a worldwide phenomenon. Jenner also talked about the time she cheated on her first husband, Robert Kardashian. These candid conversations came up when Kris appeared on a recent episode of OBJECTified on Fox News and talked about her past.
