Rumor: Brooke Mueller Was On Adderall When She Was Taken To The Hospital

Brooke Mueller still hasn’t spoken at length about what happened last Friday when her assistant was unable to wake her and subsequently called paramedics, but she has repeatedly denied being on any illegal drugs. If a new rumor is to be believed, that might actually be true too. The word on the street is Brooke took too much Adderall and wound up passing out after a long night of making jewelry.

According to TMZ, Mueller told several friends she had a large jewelry order to fill for Friday and was worried she wouldn’t be able to finish it on time. She has a legal prescription for Adderall in order to treat her Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and supposedly, she made the foolish decision to take some extra pills to try and stay up all night and finish. If true, that’s not exactly an essay on good decision-making, but it is, at least, far more understandable than just straight up abusing drugs.

Whatever is going on in Brooke’s life right now, here’s to hoping she uses this situation as one big wakeup call. No woman with a live-in nanny to help her take care of the kids should either be so exhausted she’s passing out or so high on something she can’t be woken up. Living a healthy and boring life might not be as exciting as going out all the time, but in the long run, it’s far more emotionally satisfying.
