The cast of Stranger Things is finally out in the public eye promoting Season 3! Is there is a better way to go about that than getting up close and personal with the fans? Well, the cast’s fun adventure with Jimmy Fallon certainly gave strong evidence that an ideal marketing campaign is to head to a wax museum to pull pranks that are equal parts hilarious and heartwarming.

Check out the below video, in which Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, and the rest of the youngest generation of Stranger Things stars team up with Jimmy "Barb" Fallon for some Tonight Show hijinks.

This is gold! Tonight Show viewers recently saw Jimmy Fallon endure miserably eating hot wings, as well as getting spat on, among other self-sacrificing acts. The time had come for others to suffer, albeit in a fun way, and the Stranger Things segment on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon definitely delivered!

It all happened at Madame Tussauds Max Museum in Times Square, where fans thought they were taking a picture with wax incarnations of the Stranger Things cast. Time and again, each set of fans got a pleasant surprise via the real cast right before their awestruck eyes. Luckily, one fan had worn their “Justice for Barb” t-shirt, so Jimmy Fallon's Barb outfit felt victorious.

The cast did a fantastic job holding completely still so that they looked super-believable as wax statues, both on-camera. They clearly held up just as well in real life, with the various fans being so close to them in general. All of the fans’ reactions were just terrific, too. It warmed my heart to see everyone so excited and thrilled. Honestly, it made me a little emotional too. So sweet for a show that's so dark and monstrous!

Stranger Things’ ensemble seemed like they were having as good of a time as the fans. This was a fun idea, and I think it worked out fantastically. I do wonder if the fans had to pay to get their pictures done in the Stranger Things exhibit, or if it was included with the wax museum ticket price. Either way, they got a priceless memory.

What a great way to continue getting pumped for Season 3. We recently laid out all the characters’ biggest strengths and weaknesses after checking out the new trailer that revealed the mind flayer’s return. There is a lot of other stuff to sift through as well, and we've got some exclusives on the way.

Ahead of the premiere, the cast shared why they think the show should only last one or two more seasons. After the show ends, could they maybe still get together as a group to pull fun pranks like the one they did for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon? Please!

One of Hulu’s favorite Netflix shows, Stranger Things could be better than ever in the next batch of episodes. Star Finn Wolfhard shared that he thinks Season 3 works better than the series’ previous installments. Fans will soon get the chance to learn if they agree.

Stranger Things Season 3 will be available to binge on Thursday, July 4 on Netflix. New episodes of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon air weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC. Summer is going to be a hot spot for new content on television. Lots of other TV options will be joining Stranger Things this summer and beyond on Netflix, too.
