First. If you haven't voted yet, you should probably get out and do it. It's a privilege and blah, blah, blah. Seriously, though, do it. And you know it's important if even the minds behind the Animation Domination block on FOX has mobilized the cartoon troops to remind their viewers, who you might call the target demographic when it comes to apathy, to weigh in on one side or the other when it comes to Election Day 2012. Today!
Seth MacFarlane's American Dad is the most recent of the block to run a political ad and if differs from The Simpsons' Mr. Burns endorsing Governor Romney because, well, you can't really vote for Roger Smith. And not because he's an illegal alien! That too. Either way, he wants to be your next president so we should probably learn a little about the real Roger...
Not as clever as the Mr. Burns video (or even the clip of Homer casting his vote from a few months ago) but the compilation of footage still contained a few laughs. I wonder why the other MacFarlane's didn't join in on the fun? Family Guy and The Cleveland Show don't have a horse in the race? Or should I say, donkey? That's two-hours of Fox programming that's sure to lean to the left. American Dad airs Sundays at 9:30 p.m. ET on FOX.
