The only thing that sucks more than moving is helping other people move, but a true friend does it when they're called to duty... unless you're Jeff Winger. Based on the video we have to show you from tonight’s episode of Community, he’s figured out a way to get out of helping Annie movie.

Leave it to Jeff to find a clever way to shirk his friend-responsibilities. Although, he rarely ends up getting away with that without people eventually catching on. In the video below, we see him lying to Britta over the phone, but there’s more to the scheme that meets the eye (or in Britta’s case, the ear).

Apparently, the Gap staff can do more than just fold shirts really well. This has to be one of the best staged phone-call-lies ever.

Community airs Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC.
