First Look At Neve Campbell On Grey's Anatomy

Way back in October, we learned former Party of Five star Neve Campbell was headed to Grey’s Anatomy. The season has been pretty hardcore as its plotlines have dealt with the after effects of Season 8's plane crash, and between that and all of the new faces this season, I had kind of forgotten about Campbell’s epic guest starring stint.

Luckily, ABC is all over the event and has extended TV Line a first look at the star’s appearance on the show. Campbell is set to play Derek’s famous fourth sister, Lizzie, who will first appear in Grey’s Anatomy’s December 6 episode. The actress will actually appear in at least two—and potentially more—episodes during Season 9.



We already know Lizzie is set to show up on the scene for Derek. The man’s had some troubles ever since he hurt his hand in last season’s plane crash, and the staff at Seattle Grace needs to come together to fix his shit. From the look of the above picture (which also features the super cute Tina Majorino), Lizzie will show up at the hospital to hopefully get Derek the help he needs.

Campbell joins a tidy list of women who have played Derek’s sisters. Caterina Scorsone first played Amelia, otherwise known as Sister Number 1, and Embeth Davitz played the second sister, Nancy. Only time will tell if Season 9 will bring Derek’s other sister, Kathleen, into the picture as well, although we have our fingers crossed.
