Lost's Penny To Star In Flash Forward

It looks like Lost’s Penny has a new job. Sonya Walgner, who played Desmond’s true love on ABC’s Lost has recently signed on as the female lead in ABC’s new upcoming drama pilot, Flash Forward. There’s also a bit of casting news for AMC’s untitled political thriller drama pilot.

The Hollywood Reporter states that Joseph Fiennes is cast to play the role of Mark Banford, a newly sober FBI agent who is trying to fix his marriage. Walger has been cast to play the role of Mark’s wife, Olivia. Olivia’s future-vision is of being in love with another man.

As for the AMC political thriller, THR reports that Jessica Collins, whose credits include Big Shots and Tru Calling. The currently untitled drama centers on a secret society that has a lot of influence over the world’s political systems and a “brilliant analyst at a national bank.” Collins has been cast to play the analyst’s research assistant.
