Parenthood's Michael B. Jordan Confirmed To Guest Star On House

NBC viewers may recognize actor Michael B. Jordan from his roles on Friday Night Lights and Parenthood, however it looks like Fox may be the place to see him next on the small screen as the actor may be set to appear in an episode of the medical drama House.

Little is known about Jordan’s role as the news stems from a Tweet from the actor that no longer appears in his feed. The Hollywood Reporter says they’ve confirmed the news that Jordan will guest star on the long-running medical series, however the site doesn’t elaborate as to what kind of role Jordan will play. Patient-of-the-week might be the safest guess. Hopefully we'll hear a little bit about the role soon.

Jordan appeared in the later seasons of Friday Night Lights, playing quarterback Vince Howard (Go Lions!). He also recurred as Haddie’s boyfriend Alex on Parenthood (spoiler alert if you’re not caught up!) up until earlier this season when Alex abruptly broke up with Haddie. Alex’s story felt unfinished, so I’m hoping we’ll hear word that Jordan is returning to Parenthood at some point, if not to reunite with Haddie then at least to give us better closure to the character's story. In the meantime we might see him on House before that happens, depending on when his episode airs and whether or not there are plans for him to return to Parenthood this season.
