Fans of Game of Thrones probably know, and are terrified by, Charles Dance as Tywin Lannister from the HBO adaptation of George R.R. Martin's fantasy saga. And while the veteran of the stage and screen (big and small) brings an intensity to his portrayal of the nasty patriarch that steals many scenes, there is another, lighter side to the often terrifying actor.

When Dance isn't playing the deliciously evil character, he occasionally uses his talents for comedic turns and his dramatic readings for a few of this year's Big Fat Quizzes have been incredible, especially his delivery of "Fifty Shades of Grey" for the 2012 edition that aired last week. Take a look...

Kinky fuckery indeed. For those who don't know, The Big Fat Quiz is an annual event on Channel 4 (yep, British TV) that brings in three teams of two, usually comedians, to answer questions/male jokes based on the headlines from that year. 2012 was special because we not only got the quiz of the year but also a few specials that tested contestants knowledge of the last three decades. And yes, Dance did a reading for all of them which included snippets from the autobiography of The Krankies for the 1980s, Mel B's for the '90s and Katie Price's for the '00s. They are all quite special. Game of Thrones's third season premieres on Sunday, March 31 on HBO.
