Behind every good secret agent, there's a good handler. A new walkthrough video of Alpha Protocol explains the important aspect of the game: choosing who to work for.

Different handlers - representatives of in-game factions - will prefer that you approach missions in certain ways. One handler, for example, prefers stealth and will give you advice that can help you enter a building unseen. As with Deus Ex: Invisible War, each faction offers unique rewards and your choice of affiliation will affect the storyline and future missions.

At the end of the video, it's mentioned that the next developer walkthrough will give us a look at the main character's safehouses and the upgrades he can apply to his equipment.
