Today Capcom revealed the release date for Asura's Wrath, their action game collaboration with Japanese developer Cyber Connect 2. Wrath will debut in North America on February 21st.

The titular Asura is a god who was stripped of his powers by his fellow deities. He's not completely helpless, though. Asura sets out to get revenge on the Seven Deities and rescue his daughter from their clutches.

Wrath can be best described as a beat 'em up. Asura will battle enemies as large as planets in hand-to-hand combat. Quick Time Events will be sprinkled throughout these encounters.

The name Cyber Connect 2 might sounds familiar to you. They're the studio behind the .hack action RPG series. They also developed the recent release Solatorobo: Red the Hunter, which you can read more about in our review.
