CCP Games' space sim MMO EVE Online arrived on digital store Impulse today. For the first week of availability, the game will be offered at a discount.

You can pick up EVE for $9.95 instead of $19.95 from now until December 23rd. A free month of game time is included with the purchase. After the free thirty days are up, you'll have to pay a monthly subscription fee.

There have been 12 expansions released for the game since it launched in 2003 but you won't need to shell out any extra money for them. They're all free to download. The latest expansion, Dominion, went live on December 1st.
