Heavy Rain: Chronicles is a series of downloadable content packs for Heavy Rain that supplement the game's story. In a new interview, Quantic Dream's David Cage explained what to expect from the first three Chronicles.

Quantic had previously announced that Chronicle One would star journalist Madison Paige. One of the issues explored in Madison's story, according to Cage's interview with GameBlog, is her insomnia. The next Chronicle will star FBI profiler Norman Jayden, another main character from HR. Apparently Jayden's got a mysterious scar on his cheek and an addiction to triptocaine. Lovely.

You won't just be playing as "good guys," though. Cage revealed that one of the Chronicles will allow you to step into the shoes of the Origami Killer, the serial killer who serves as the main villain in the game. It should give the player some insight into how he got so batshit crazy.

Each Chronicle will cost $4.99 to download. The first one will be free for pre-order customers, however.
