Today Capcom unveiled a trailer for Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition, an enhanced re-release of RE5. Alternative Edition will add a new mission to the next-gen survival horror game.

The new mission stars Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine and takes place in a mansion you might be familiar with. This new edition of RE5 will be released for the PS3 in Japan this Spring and include support for the upcoming PS3 motion controller. The mission will likely be released for the Xbox 360 at some point, too.
