With all the hype over WALL-E and The Dark Knight, I’d momentarily forgotten about the other likely to be awesome movie of the summer: Tropic Thunder. It’s good to have a reminder, this time in the form of the film’s UK trailer.
You remember Tropic Thunder. It’s the Ben Stiller/Jack Black/Robert Downey Jr. R-rated comedy about a bunch of actors convinced they’re filming a war movie, but actually dropped down into the middle of a jungle war. Think 3 Amigos with an edge.
The first half of the UK trailer is composed mostly of things you’ve seen in other advertisements for the film, but the second half goes completely off the rails and showcases such insanity as Ben Stiller wearing a butchered Panda carcass and Jack Black doing… well you’ll have to see it. Watch the trailer below.
