Well, at least we got to see some of the lucky lotto winners in ABC's new drama Lucky 7 blow a bunch of money on fancy clothes, bags and shoes, right? That's about all the celebrating the series had left apparently, as ABC is reportedly canceling the drama after just two episodes, making Lucky 7 the un-lucky pick to be the first cancellation of the season. Given the series' ratings, it's not all that surprising.
It's not unusual for a show to drop in ratings from its season or series premiere to its second episode, so we shouldn't be especially surprised that Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s second episode didn't perform quite as well as it did with its premiere. On the bright side, the series debuted to huge numbers, so it has a bit of wiggle room when it comes to its post-premiere decline. Let's just hope that decline tapers off in the coming episodes.

The above clip shows us that winning moment as the various employees watch the numbers called out and realize that their luck has finally turned around.

Based on a British series called The Syndicate, Lucky 7 follows a group of gas station employees, all of whom could use a stroke of good fortune, who hit it big with the lottery.
