Newt Gingrich Will Cameo On Parks And Recreation
If there’s one thing I can say about Parks and Recreation, NBC’s comedy gets some interesting and oddball people to sign on for cameo appearances. In the past, names as varied as Joe Biden, John McCain, and Barbara Boxer have each popped up as themselves in the comedy, and now yet another political titan has found himself coerced into appearing on the show. According to The Indianapolis Star, while the group was shooting scenes inside The St. Elmo Steakhouse, Gingrich, who was in town for a meeting, tried to pop in for lunch. NBC’s Parks and Recreation airs on Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. ET.
