Parenthood Preview: Season 4 - There's Something I Need To Tell You...
Last night's episode of Parenthood was a good one, but based on the preview for next week's episode, there are some major things about to happen. Titled "There's Something I Need To Tell You," the trailer hints at another tear-jerker installment for the series.
Season 4 has already proven to be an especially emotional season, with Kristina's breast cancer diagnosis being introduced early on. So far, she and Adam have been dealing with it quietly, planning for the surgery that will hopefully remedy the situation. But we all know that sooner or later they're going to have to tell the rest of the family. Adam brought Amber in on the situation already, mainly because he's been relying on her to help him out at work while he's there for Kristina. But how will the rest of the family react? Based on the preview below, it looks like Kristina is about to tell everyone.
Haddie's away at school but it looks like she'll be home at some point, understandably so. I'm thinking this will be a particularly moving episode for the season, as the Bravermans are at their best when they pull together.
Also teased in the above video is Sarah and Hank's relationship. We've seen Sarah and Ray Romano's character inch closer with each episode. Last night they bonded over Hank's daughter. Is something finally going to happen? Based on the preview, it seems like they're finally addressing the connection was that their first kiss we saw? Honestly, if you'd asked me last season, I would've adamantly said that Sarah and Mark belonged together despite their differences, but Romano's Hank is really winning me over. He's sweet in a fussy sort of way and kind of a loner who seems ripe to be inspired and woken up from the slump he's in. It's obvious he and Sarah have chemistry. Maybe it's meant to be!
Parenthood airs Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m. ET on NBC.
