Assassin's Creed 4 E3 Trailers: Bar Fights And Ship Battles

Ubisoft had not one but two trailers for Assassin's Creed 4 to share during their press conference at E3. One was a flashy CGI video while the other was a gameplay montage set to an indie rock song.
The CGI trailer opens with Captain Edward Kenway and his pirate pals carousing in a bar. When soldiers show up to drink, Kenway and company ambush and rob them. They then escape to their ship but are pursued by more troops. The two ships exchange fire and then board each other. The trailer culminates with Kenway slaying the other captain.
The gameplay video isn't a continuous scene. Instead, it's a bunch of random clips of gameplay strung together. Here's Edward fighting a bunch of dudes, here's Edward steering a ship, and so on. There's a bit of scuba diving mixed in as well. The song, if you're wondering, is "Full Circle" by Half Moon? Run.
AC4 is due in October on PC and current-gen consoles. The game will be a launch title for PS4 and Xbox One, both arriving later in the fall.
