Batman: Arkham Asylum Behind-The-Scenes Vid Doc

Eidos released some new video footage of Rocksteady taking gamers behind the scenes of the upcoming Batman: Arham Asylum. The new video basically explains how the developers have managed to mix in a good dose of in-your-face combat with off-the-wall stealth-action.

Basically, Batman: Arkham Asylum is sort of like Tekken meets Splinter Cell. Gamers get to use a variety of technical combat moves, throws and takedowns, all while being able to utilize a variety of stealthy tactics in what the developers refer to as “The Invisible Predator” mode.

From the looks of it, the game is coming along extremely well. It’s also good that the game was delayed to the end of this summer because the more promo trailers and assets released, the more the game looks like a very worthy and competent Batman game. The only thing it needs is the Hans Zimmer score from The Dark Knight and I think RockSteady will have a game version of Batman that will be just as good as Nolan’s movie adaptation.
