Starting tomorrow, Microsoft will unleash the Bing entertainment search function for the Xbox 360, enabling gamers and entertainment enthusiasts alike to make use of the Xbox 360's multimedia library with the simple sound of their voice.

As stated on the official Bing Blog...
Bing on Xbox opens up living room entertainment the same way search engines opened up the web. When you think about the state of entertainment, there isn’t a lack of selection, the challenge is finding what you want in a timely manner. Now when you say “Xbox, Bing, Star Trek,” Bing will show you all the available options for the movies, music, games, on-demand TV and apps that match that title.

If you don't have a Kinect system then you're out of luck when it comes to searching via voice. Instead you'll be stuck tapping in one letter at a time using an Xbox 360 controller (fail).

Gamers and movie goers alike can search across Netflix, Hulu Plus, Comcast Xfinity on Demand, HBO Go, Zune and more across Xbox Live. The search tool will become available for all Xbox 360s starting tomorrow, December 6th.

You can grab additional details about the new Bing entertainment search engine powered by Kinect by paying a visit to the Official Bing Website.
