4J Studios, developer of the Xbox 360 edition of Minecraft, is planning some special Halloween DLC for the building game. Their Halloween Skin Pack will be arriving on October 26th for 160 MS Points, or $2.

The DLC provides a variety of character skins appropriate for the holiday. Expect mummies, zombies, skeletons and more. There are 55 skins in total.

Many Xbox 360 developers were enlisted to contribute to the Skin Pack. 343 Industries, The Behemoth, Tequila Works and Twisted Pixel are just a few examples. It's possible that at least some of their creations will in some way be based on their games.

The best part of the Skin Pack is that it's for a good cause - several actually. All of the proceeds will be given to Block by Block, Sans Lothians, Child's Play and Macmillan Cancer Support. You can read more about each cause here.

The DLC will be available until November 26th.
