The first developer documentary was released for the hyper-realistic shooter, Operation Flashpoint: Red River and it covers quite a lot in a short period of time. For gamers who aren’t very familiarized with the Operation Flashpoint franchise, the devs waste no time in getting right to the meat and potatoes of the game's features and play functions.

The team talks about how the guns and weapon play has been tweaked to accommodate a more realistic FPS feel, while at the same time maintaining balance and believability. A little bit is revealed about the maps, and based on the description they’re going to be more like Halo: Combat Evolved rather than Modern Warfare.

Near the end of the developer documentary we get to learn a little more about the weapon kit upgrades that are unlocked either in single player or multiplayer modes, as well as leveling up specific character classes to modify new loadouts and weapons.
