Generally you release a teaser trailer before you announce the game and its features but hey, CD Projekt's been known to buck popular trends. They released a teaser trailer for The Witcher 3 this afternoon that, if nothing else, reveals the game's official logo.

The Witcher 3 is said to complete the dark fantasy RPG trilogy that began in 2007. CD Projekt is promising a game world that's 30 times larger than that of Witcher 2. Open-world exploration, improved combat and rewritten enemy A.I. are among the features announced earlier today.

The game is said to be arriving in 2014. CD Projekt says it's in development for the PC and "all high-end platforms available." It'll be the first game to showcase the company's new REDengine 3, announced last week.

The end of the trailer provides a link to a pre-order page. There's nothing there yet but you can sign up to be notified by e-mail when pre-order details are announced. At the very least, we'll have to wait until Sony and Microsoft announces their next consoles. Those are presumably the "high-end platforms" that CD Projekt mentioned in their announcement.
