I’m not one to brag, but every once in awhile, I’m right. A few months ago, I reported about the horrible decision to make a Pink Panther movie. To read that story Click Here. On paper it looked quite bad. Dear God, after watching the trailer somebody give me a thesaurus for Christmas. I need a synonym for cow dung.
Moviefone has the newest trailer for The Pink Panther starring Steve Martin. Watching Martin choose movies is like watching Muhammed Ali nowadays. It’s a shame to see both in their current conditions. Does Martin need the money? I’ll donate a few bucks if he stops taking these crappy roles.
But since he has already made the decision to rape a classic, can Martin at least explain the white hair and black moustache? Has he ever heard of “Just for Men?” $4.99 can dye his hair dark. Jeez, take pride in your work.
The Pink Panther, starring Steve Martin, Jean Reno, and the utterly talentless Beyonce Knowles, hits theaters on July 22, 2005. Expect the DVD release 3 months later.
