Subscribe To Listen To Liam Neeson's Taken 3 Jingle, The Bloodiest And Goriest Christmas Song Ever Updates
From the looks of it, Taken 3 -- or Tak3n, if we’re really going with that – isn’t falling into the trap of taking itself too seriously. Case in point, Exhibit A: a seasonal jingle in which the 12 days of Christmas are replaced by brutal acts of physical violence Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) unleashes on the idiots who stand in his way. Check it out now:

20th Century Fox dubs this the "12 Skills of Christmas," piggybacking off of the very special set of skills Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) has displayed over the course of two Taken movies. The tag line for this third chapter swears that it’s the last, claiming, "It Ends Here." But really, don’t you think Neeson can be swayed by Sylvester Stallone to bring his act over to the Expendables series for some bone-crunching action-hero mash-up movie? I can tell you two dudes who’d be THRILLED by that teaming:

So, what do we know about Taken 3? Due out in January, it stars Neeson as the former government operative who has had to track down European thugs who’ve threatened his daughter (Maggie Grace) and his wife (Famke Janssen). This sequel seems to find Mills on American soil and on the run from every branch of our country’s law enforcement after… well, to avoid spoilers, I’ll just say that he has been accused of a crime that he did not commit. You get a sense of the trouble on Mills’ doorstep in the full trailer that hit a few months back:

The Taken films have done well at the box office, each easily crossing the $100 million mark domestically and doing much better internationally. Liam Neeson has comfortably settled into this veteran action-hero role, one that he has continued in movies like The Grey and Non-Stop. (What about Non-Stop, though?!) Will fans support his third and allegedly final spin in Bryan Mills’ Taken shoes find out when the sequel opens everywhere on January 9, 2015.
