Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

After a few months that have been a little slower in terms of big releases, March is going to be a big month in home entertainment.

Black Panther reached an epic milestone this week, and for the fourth week in a row is king of the box office.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, made one specific and clear reference to the original film, but that wasn't the only reference to the 1995 Robin Williams feature that was included in the follow-up.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle took much of its inspiration from video games, which meant a lot of what we saw had to be created digitally. However, one remarkable stunt was actually entirely real.

For a second there it looked like an iffy proposition, but now it's basically guaranteed.

Nobody was questioning whether or not Black Panther would be at the top of the box office this week. That was a given. What was questioned, however, is exactly how much money the film would make.

We all knew Black Panther was going to be big. Every first weekend opening of a Marvel movie is some fashion of big.

After weeks of immense success Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle fell to fourth place this weekend - but the competition it fell to didn't exactly overperform.
