Arrow Season 2, Episode 12 'Tremors' Trailer And Photos Tease Rage Management

Read no further if you're not caught up on Arrow through last night's "Blind Spot" episode! Beyond Laurel becoming the girl who cried Blood wolf, last night's episode focused in part on Roy's rage. His little operation with Sin revealed that yes, he can take out bad guys with his Mirakuru-induced abilities, but he needs to learn to control his strength and temper if he's going to be of any use to Starling as a hero. The preview for next week's "Tremors" indicates that he'll be working with Arrow to fine-tune his newly acquired gift.

Roy seems intent on destroying some fitness equipment. The photos also tease some island flashbacks involving Slade, which seems fitting enough not only because we're seeing more of Slade in the present day, but also factoring in the parallel between Slade and Roy, when we consider that Slade also had to adjust to the effects of the Mirakuru…

And maybe his temper wasn't so even all the time either…

So there's that. Also this shot of Sara and Oliver coming across some weird graphy looking cave drawing…

Sara and Oliver

But going back to Oliver and Roy, how long will it be before Roy finds out who Arrow is? it's a reasonable question given that the next episode appears to involve the two characters working together. At what point does Roy turn to Arrow and say, "So, who are you, exactly?" I doubt it'll be that direct, but given the developing situation between the two characters, it seems like it's only a matter of time. It seems like Thea's connection could somehow factor into the big reveal, as it would be a pretty major secret for Roy to keep from his girlfriend, not that this would be new territory for him. But that reveal doesn't feel major enough just yet, does it? I think something needs to happen between Oliver and Roy to really boost the potential shock value that Oliver is Arrow if and when Roy finds out. Because right now, it doesn't seem like Roy knows Oliver enough to be totally surprised by the reveal if it were to happen soon. But who knows? It could happen next week. We can only speculate. I just think it's worth pondering, given that it looks like the two will be spending a fair amount of screen time together during "Tremors."
