Eureka's Ever Carradine To Guest Star On Bones
It’s difficult to believe Ever Carradine is old enough to be taking a guest spot in a show playing anybody’s mother, but that’s exactly what the actress will be doing when she appears on an upcoming episode of Bones. Not only will the actress be playing a mother, but she’ll be playing the mother of a teenager, which is a double ouch, although I’m not sure if that’s more of a shot at her age or mine.
Carradine will play the widowed Dolores Hyams, who is the mother of 15-year-old Kat. Both ladies are going through a tough time after Kat’s friend is murdered, assumedly leading to the week’s mystery, but both refuse any help or counseling services (methinks likely suggested by good old Sweets). According to TV Line, Hyams is a strong character who knows how to protect her daughter as a single mother. The actress will appear in episode 12 of Season 8, which is rolling with the title “A Friend in Need.”
Ever Carradine, who is known for roles in Dead and Breakfast and the TV series Eureka has lately been taking a lot of guest roles in crime dramas. Over the past couple of years, she’s appeared in Breakout Kings, The Finder, Rizzoli and Isles, The Mentalist, and Castle. In short, she’s had plenty of experience with the crime thing, and should do well in her role on Bones, whether she ends up playing a villain or just a friend of the victim.
Fox’s Bones airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.
