FX's Comedy Series Totally Biased With W. Kamau Bell Premieres Tonight

With Russell Brand's comedy series Brand X wrapped up for the summer, that leaves FX thirty minutes to fill after Louie, and comedian W. Kamau Bell is taking over the spot with his own stand-up comedy series Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.
Executive produced by Chris Rock, Chuck Sklar, Keri Smith Esquia and W. Kamau Bell, the series premieres tonight after Louie and will feature Bell offering humorous commentary on a number of subjects, including politics, pop culture, race, religion and current events. The series is set to tape each episode the day of broadcast, so I haven't seen what's going to air tonight, but from the sample episode I did see, the series feels a lot like a late night talk show that's made up almost entirely of opening monologue (with a side-segment or two worked in to break things up).
Bell is funny, and the title seems fitting, particularly with regards to his views on politics. You'll get a hint of that in the preview video below, which includes an intro by executive producer Chris Rock…
Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell premieres tonight (Thursday, August 9) at 11:00 p.m. ET on FX.
