King of the Hill Renewed For Another Season

Thirteen is not always a lucky number, and generally most people avoid it. For TV shows, maybe it isn’t so unlucky. Fox just revealed to the world that they are renewing the super funny King of the Hill for it’s 13th season with an order for 13 episodes. The Hills, Hank, Peggy, Bobby and LuAnn, are the focus of the second longest running animated series in prime time, and though they’ve got a bit to go before they catch the longest running show, The Simpsons, fans are happy they aren’t going anywhere.

With this news, the Sunday Night All-Animation Frenzy is still on, as long as Family Guy and American Dad come back as expected. Who in a million years would think that all these cartoons would be such a hit? King of the Hill was created way back in 1997 by the same guy who created Beavis and Butthead - what a classic…

Hollywood Reporter reports that “All "Hill" cast members are set to return, including Mike Judge, Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Brittany Murphy, Tom Petty, Johnny Hardwick and Stephen Root”
