Obama To Appear On Daily Show Wednesday Night

It looks like Wednesday’s going to be all about presidential candidate Barack Obama! Tomorrow night Obama’s 30-minute “Political Message,” which I’m pretty sure is going to be something along the lines of (possible spoiler alert!) “Vote for Obama,” will air at 8:00 PM ET on some of the major networks (NBC, Fox and CBS). And just in case that half hour isn’t enough Obama for you, it looks like he’s going to be appearing on Daily Show as well!

Given the venue, Obama’s appearance on The Daily Show is likely to be slightly less serious than the political message airing earlier in the evening. Jon Stewart certainly has a way with mixing business with laughter. While Obama will be participating in Wednesday night’s episode of Daily Show with Jon Stewart, he won’t actually be chatting face to face with host Jon Stewart in the studio. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Obama’s appearance on the show is going to be taped via satellite from Florida.

Daily Show with Jon Stewart airs on Wednesday night at 11:00 PM ET on Comedy Central.

If you’re interested in hearing John McCain has to say, he’ll be appearing on Larry King Live Wednesday night at 9:00 ET on CNN.
