Parenthood's Lauren Graham Will Guest Star On Go On

Lauren Graham keeps pretty busy with her role as Sarah Braverman on NBC’s Parenthood. Despite this, she’s always willing to lend a hand—or at least her acting skills—to a friend in need, especially when it helps her own network. Sometime this season, Graham will join Go On in a special guest role.

Go On’s lead, Matthew Perry, is supposedly pretty good friends with Graham. At the very least, the two have a storied history together. Way back in the early 2000s, so long ago, actually, that Friends was still on the air, Perry dated Graham. The two broke up a short time later, but then reportedly dated again in 2008. Of course, now Graham is in a relationship with her Parenthood co-star Peter Krause, and we won’t even get the chance to see Perry and Graham ignite some fake romantic flames on network television.

Regina George would say it’s a “boo whore” moment, but I personally think its awesome the two are cool enough to appear on each other's TV shows at all. Go On is about a sports radio guy named Ryan King (Perry) who is attending a support group to get over the death of his wife. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that during Graham’s episode, the actress will play a friend and coworker from King’s past, which sounds super intriguing, but that’s could just be a byproduct of my investment level in NBC’s comedy. The episode will appear sometime later in Season 1.

NBC's Go On airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET (coincidentally, NBC's Parenthood also airs on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET).
