Video Interview: Writers Of NBC's The Event Talk About The Series

If you caught the series premiere of The Event on NBC tonight, you may have some questions as far as where the show is heading. We definitely did after we screened the episode at Comic Con in San Diego last July, and we were able to talk to some of the writers after the panel. Check out the video interview ahead.

We held off on posting the following interview with Executive Producers Steve Stark and James Wong, and series creator Nick Wauters because frankly, it wouldn’t have made much sense to people who hadn’t seen the pilot. If you still haven’t, I recommend you check it out as it’s pretty exciting stuff. If you have, below is the interview we did with the writers of the series. They talk to us a little bit about the format of the premiere episode, including the flashbacks and flash-back-backs, the term “Event,” and getting the series made.

The Event airs Monday nights at 9:00 p.m. ET on NBC.
