Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has been confirmed with yet another leak. An image of a Target pre-order card has unveiled the sequel's name, as well as its release date.

IGN received the pre-order card via a reader which has confirmed the game's name is, as previously rumored, Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Also on the card is a release date of November 13th 2012 with platforms listed as the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Publisher Activision recently unveiled a teaser page for the reveal of the next Call of Duty. It'll make its debut in the form of a world premier trailer during the NBA playoffs on May 1st. Upon the site's teaser page going live, it had both Black Ops and Treyarch contained within the source code, pointing towards the latter returning to the development helm.

Call of Duty: Black Ops remains the best-selling game of all time within the United States with over 25 million copies sold.
