Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Video Features Real-Life Deathmatch
Aperture Visual FX has launched a new video featuring a free-for-all deathmatch in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2...except, it's in real life. The video is shot really well and they try to include as many of BLOPS 2 weapons as possible within the short running time. While it's not anything particularly new, it's still very well done.
The fast-as-lightning gameplay is slightly modified to suit fast-as-a-real-human-can-run-in-real-life pacing and the reloading and firing has also been adjusted to the slightly slower reflexes of real humans as well. Still, it's interesting to see what the game would look like if it were to take place in the real world. It kind of reminds me of that gosh awful crappy movie, Gamer.
I expect that we could be seeing a lot more fan-made movies based on the fastest selling and one of the biggest selling video games in entertainment history.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 launched back in November to a whole lot of fanfare. Gaming Blend's own Pete Haas gave the game a rather favorable score in the review department and it wasn't long after all the hype that the game was touting the $1 billion dollar mark shortly after release.
