Damage Inc Pacific Squadron Of WWII Now Available

Mad Catz Interactive announced today that their flight simulator for home consoles and PC has officially launched. The game comes in two versions and even has an authentic AV8R FlightStick available for those of you who really want to exercise those immersion factors and go cockpit deep into the game.

Darren Richardson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz commented in the press release about their new flight-sim, saying...

It actually makes complete sense to dump a little money into small projects that accentuate a business that already works for them. I imagine if this game manages to move enough copies we might see small racing titles published by Mad Catz to help promote their steering wheel line...maybe? I'd also love to see what they could come up with if they made sword peripherals for the Wii-mote or PS Move.



Anyway, Damage Inc. is all about flying planes, shooting stuff down, blasting stuff out of the sky and generally being an aerial honey badger. There are 30 different, accurately modeled planes to choose from, co-op, competitive modes to participate in and a special Flat-Top four-player mode where players can work together to complete specific objectives.

The game already has some day-one DLC available, basically just a fighter plane. You can pick up a copy of Damage Inc for $49.99 or get the special edition with the new flight stick for $99.99.
