Good news, PC gamers. You don't need to review-bomb Duke Nukem Forever after all. 2K confirmed today that the game's PC version will have dedicated servers.

"Got some good news for you today - Duke Nukem Forever on PC will have dedicated servers for our experienced users," said community manager Elizabeth Tobey. "Side note: This will be an unsupported features, but it will be there for those that want to use it."

DNF has been in development for a decade and a half. After all that time, some fans have extremely high expectations. It's good that Gearbox and the other developers are making sure all the boxes are ticked.

Duke Nukem Forever will debut in Europe and elsewhere in the world on June 10th. The North American release will arrive on June 14th.
