Final Fantasy XIII-2 Assassin's Creed Costume Revealed Through Screenshots

Next week Square Enix will release a new premium costume for Final Fantasy XIII-2. The costume allows Noel Kreiss, everyone's favorite time traveler, to dress like Assassin's Creed protagonist Ezio Auditore.

The screenshots, below, reveal that it's Ezio's main costume from Assassin's Creed Revelations. It's weird seeing the outfit on a young adult rather than a greybeard. Still, it makes Noel look a lot cooler than he usually is.

FFXIII-2's development team seems to love crossovers. They released Mass Effect 3 armor DLC last month. The cast of FFXIII-2 will model Prada clothing in a new fashion mag as well.

The AC costume will arrive on April 10th in Japan for the price of ¥300, or360 Microsoft Points. No word on whether or not this DLC will make its way to the West. Seeing as how Assassin's Creed was developed in North America, though, you'd expect Westerners to be the main audience for the content.

Japanese FFXIII-2 gamers will be getting several pieces of DLC on Tuesday, actually. Two new enemies for Coliseum Battle mode, Gilgamesh and Koyo-Koyo, will be available for purchase. Serah will get a free outfit called Exposure and Defense as well. You can see Serah's outfit in a few of the shots below. For a look at the DLC enemies, head to Andriasang.
