While it's still not completely clear whether Left 4 Dead will end up on Playstation 3 - the answer seems to change every week - it's definitely coming to Xbox 360 and PC on November 4th. Or so we all thought. That's right, Valve strikes again!

In an interview with GameKings.tv, Valve head Gabe Newell revealed that the survival horror shooter is now slated for a November 18th release. While selling Left 4 Dead on the 4th sounds nice on press releases, the 18th actually coincides roughly with the tenth anniversary of Half-Life, so that's special.

Two weeks isn't too bad of a delay considering we spent most of the decade after Half-Life waiting for Team Fortress 2.Shouldn't really make a difference in sales - the game went from a release date a few days before Gears of War 2 to a release date a few days after the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV. Man, November is goddamn crowded.
