If you think it was unfair that only those who pre-ordered Left 4 Dead got a chance to play the demo before everyone else, it's time to stop complaining. The demo is now available to all on Xbox Live and Steam.

The demo will be available until Tuesday, November 18th, the final launch date for the highly anticipated game. If you want a free taste, you'll have to download it this week. It's a short demo but enough to keep you counting down the days until the release

For those who did pre-order, Valve didn’t forget about you, either. As previously reported, a patch was released yesterday to remove all the exploits from the demo. In other words, today's a great day for people who didn't pre-order the game but a terrible day for people who did.
