After she wins the hearts of doe-eyed teenage girls this weekend in Twilight, Kristen Stewart will next be seen with some color in her cheeks. She’s following up her vampire romance with a movie called Adventureland, directed by Greg Mottola.
The movie’s first trailer is here and the thing looks a lot like, well, Superbad at Six Flags. I guess if you’re Greg Mottola you stick with what works. Watch the first trailer for Adventureland below:

The amusement park used in the film wasn't Cedar Point. It's Kennywood Park, in Pittsburgh. It's a smaller, more traditional amusement park and the only reason I know that is because I live in Pittsburgh and have been going there since I was born. Pretty sweet to see it getting some use, I must say. Can't wait to see this one!
THough the movie is still very funny, the trailer just didnt show the more emotional and dramatic scenes in the movie.
But i think it's very smart to do that, because most guys don't want to see a dramedy LOL.
i think they're trying to lure the same kind of demographics that Superbad had, w/c i think limits the audience for this movie because i think this can appeal to a more wider rancge of audience
1. If what you say is true Mottola_Fan this trailer does horrible job of marketing the film.
2. Watching the trailer I couldn't help but think about how much the theme park the main character works in resembles Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio. I didn't look up whether it was actually Cedar Point. Regardless though, I didn't find the comedy all that funny but somehow found myself enjoying the trailer because of the wonderful memories of CP it brought back. I wonder if other people who live in the Detroit area will have a similar reaction.
