Watch Kristen Stewart Drop An F-Bomb When Asked If She’s Team Edward Or Jacob
Bella Swan has officially left the building.
Every so often a young adult book to screen adaptation comes to theaters, and dominates the pop culture landscape. The Twilight movies were definitely in that category, catapulting the cast to mega fame and inspiring a years-long debate about Team Edward or Jacob. And Bella Swan herself Kristen Stewart recently dropped an F-bomb about that ongoing debate.
Fans regularly re-watch the Twilight movies, despite their run in theaters ending back in 2012. And as such, the Edward Vs. Jacob discourse has also continued. During a video from Condé Nast Traveller's Instagram, Stewart's The Wrong Girls co-star Alia Shawkat asked her which of Bella's love interests she refers. K. Stew responded in a hilariously on-brand way. Check out the clip for yourself below:

Kristen Stewart has been asked about Jacob and Edward for nearly two decades, and I can only imagine how trying it must be to field the same line of questioning over and over again. Because despite a long career and Oscar nomination, the 36 year-old actress remains synonymous with Bella Swan.
The Twilight movies (which are streaming with a Hulu subscription) continue to be popular, but that doesn't meant Stewart sits around thinking about Bella's infamous live triangle. In the above video she was quoted saying:
Imagine if I had an answer to that ready? Like imagine if I was like 'I really have thought about this and I have fallen on the side of...' I don't give a fuck.
Honestly, can you blame her? Canonically the debate was settled in both the movies and books, with Bella and Edward ending up married and having a daughter Renesmee. As for Jacob, he famously imprinted on the young half-vampire, to the dismay of Kristen Stewart's signature character. Still, that hasn't stopped the debate from raging on amongst fans, with seemingly no end in sight.
Fame is a double-edged sword. The wild popularity of the Twilight franchise helped make its cast household names, but it also means that the cast has been asked non-stop about their signature characters. Although this type of discourse is presumably preferred over the headlines Pattinson and Stewart made while they were romantically involved. Unfortunately, she's still asked about that time as well, despite how man years have passed since their split.
As previously mentioned, Kristen Stewart has done a ton of work in the years since The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 arrived in theaters back in 2012. That includes roles in acclaimed projects like Spencer, Love Lies Bleeding, and hew newest release The Wrong Girls. That new project is a stoner comedy directed and written by K Stew's wife Dylan Meyer as part of the 2026 movie release list. Alas, there's no indication that the Twilight discourse is going to slow down anytime soon.
