By now you surely know that tomorrow is the day-- the first trailer for Prometheus, Ridley Scott's film that has at least a little in common with Alien, is debuting online, and the countdown has been going on all week, giving us very brief glimpses of what to expect in the trailer. Oddly, the previews have all focused a lot on Ridley Scott, who is unlikely to appear in the trailer, or at least the parts of the trailer that actually preview the movie. But when you're trying to introduce a totally new story and you have a marquee director to promote, I guess you go with that.
